Understanding
Connection
NOTE: Quality candidates receive an abundance of approaches each and every week, so generic and uninformative approaches are often ignored. Building an understanding of your business in step one ensures a high-quality approach, which in turn will result in high-quality candidates.
Candidate Journey
Who you choose to partner with is often the candidate’s first indication as to the values of your business. An informative, responsive, efficient and transparent recruitment partner who acts within the best interest of the candidate as well as their client will guarantee an excellent first impression of your business and will often be the difference.
We believe this philosophy sets us apart and proves that our values of honesty, integrity, and authenticity are more than just words.
Submission
Interview
NOTE: This is also an excellent opportunity for the hiring manager to highlight why this candidate should consider you as their employer. This can include success stories, business accomplishments, employee benefits & perks, and even the opportunity to meet with other members of the team.
Decisions
🔴 If they are not the right fit for your business, it is important for us to provide feedback for the integrity of your business.
🟢 If you decide to make the candidate an offer, it is important for us to present this with all the financials, benefits and perks to make the offer transparent and attractive.
🟠 If more internal discussions are required, or you have other candidates yet to interview, we encourage providing the candidate with a timeframe of when they can expect a decision. This can prevent losing the candidate to another offer and also encourage transparency from their side.
Once an offer has been made and we receive a verbal acceptance from the candidate, it is important to engage with the candidate directly in the form of an offer letter to confirm the package on offer and request any information you may require for onboarding purposes. This is also an opportunity to congratulate them and express your anticipation of working together.
Once official acceptance has been received and a start date confirmed, we will continue to check in with the candidate in the runup to their start date. This will include a call in the week before their first day to ensure they have all the information required for a smooth, stress-free start to life within your business.

Understanding
To ensure the longevity and long-term success of a hire, it is essential that what your business can offer matches the needs of the candidate. A conversation allows us to understand your needs, business, culture & values, and challenges. This is the first step in ensuring a successful placement.
Connection
We combine extensive searches, a range of paid and non-paid resources, and the utilisation of our network to connect with potential candidates who align with the required skillset. This is the first step in connecting with potential candidates, presenting what your business has to offer and why we believe it may be an attractive opportunity for them.

Candidate Journey
An exceptional candidate experience is critical in attracting and securing the people best suited to your needs. High calibre candidates attract multiple job offers, so as your recruitment partner it is vital to ensure the first impression of your business is a lasting one.

Submission
Having thoroughly screened and built a profile of a suitable candidate, we will present you with their CV and a breakdown of why we believe they would be a good fit for your business. Our goal here is to ensure that no interview is a waste of time for you or the candidate by presenting you with all the information necessary to make a well-informed decision – including skillset, drivers, and value alignment.
Interview
When proceeding with an interview it is essential to continue providing a positive candidate journey. Collaboration, information and communication are the three main drivers here – ensuring a smooth process for the candidate by providing them with the key information they need. This should include who they are meeting with, what to expect, and the finer details such as where to park and how to enter the building (if required).

Decisions
Once an interview has been conducted, you may need some time to reflect. To ensure the continuation of a positive candidate journey, we encourage feedback within 48 hours to allow us to check in with the candidate.
