Contingency Recruitment

Our traditional recruitment service whereby payment is conditional upon the successful placement of a candidate we have introduced.

This is our most commonly-used service and used for the hiring of candidates at all levels, from entry-level to senior leadership. This service makes use of our highly-successful recruitment process [link to ‘our process’] to source, engage, screen and submit qualified candidates who are best matched to your needs.

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (Internal Recruitment Partnership)

Our RPO service can operate as, or as an extension to, your internal Talent Acquisition function. Suitable for businesses with consistent hiring needs (a minimum of 15 per year), our highly-efficient and cost-effective RPO service can handle strategic planning, candidate onboarding, and everything in-between.

Our RPO service is fully tailored to your needs and can be extremely cost-effective when compared with the hiring of an internal talent acquisition team.

Our Costs

Our RPO service can range from £30,000 – £120,000 per year. The cost quoted will always be based on individual needs such as job volume, aspects of our service you require, and contract length.

We offer two forms of costing:

  • 1. Management-Fee Based: A set monthly or annual fee with no extra cost.
  • 2. Performance-Based: A reduced management fee with an additional fee for every placement throughout the contract term.

First time working together?

For new clients interested in our RPO service, we suggest initially using our traditional contingency service to ensure compatibility. If we successfully place a candidate within your business, we will deduct this fee from our RPO quote if you wish to proceed.
